In this role, you'll be at the heart of operations, shaping how courses are presented to golfers worldwide. From curating stunning golf course profiles to ensuring every booking rate is precise, you'll help deliver a seamless, high-quality experience for their customers and support the leadership team with research and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain golf course profiles, including collecting images and facility details
• Configure booking rates and system parameters with accuracy
• Conduct quality assurance on profiles and rates, identifying and resolving issues
• Document processes, solutions, and insights into a shared knowledge base
• Research potential clients to support the sales team with lead generation
• Assist senior leadership, including the CEO, VP of Operations, Head of Sales, and Head of Finance
