A company is looking for a Support Engineer (USA Only - 100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Solve technical problems by handling support tickets focused on API questions, data migrations, and integrations
Build tools and write Python scripts to improve support efficiency and create reusable utilities for customers
Assist customers with API usage and contribute to documentation and API improvements based on real-world insights
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience with Python for scripting and automation
Experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating a customer-focused approach
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of problems
Located in US time zones (ET, CT, MT, or PT)
Comfortable working 100% remote in a fully distributed team
