• 2-5 years of litigation experience
• (consumer defense, debt defense, or related areas preferred)
• Prior
• experience in debt collection defense
• strongly preferred
• Familiarity with
• bankruptcy practice
• (Chapter 7 and / or 13) desirable
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus, though not required
• Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in this position is $95,000 to $130,000 per year. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
