A company is looking for a Director of Pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee medical product management needs for pharmacy programs and establish key performance indicators
Manage a team of pharmacists and oversee a nationwide prior authorization program for workers' compensation claims
Analyze clinical program data to develop and implement key initiatives for program optimization
Required Qualifications
PharmD or RPH degree
Experience in a Workers Compensation insurance carrier setting or related industry
Proven ability to lead a team and drive process improvement efforts
Demonstrated experience in developing strategic plans and executing initiatives
Proficient in data evaluation and visualizations
