Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to support our Quality Department by maintaining documentation, assisting with inspections, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Expected start date : January 5, 2026

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update quality documents (inspection reports, deviation forms, SOPs)
• Coordinate inspection schedules and ensure records are properly archived
• Assist engineers and inspectors in preparing audit-related documentation
• Follow up on non-conformance reports and ensure corrective actions are documented
• Support communication with clients or vendors related to quality inquiries
• Help implement and monitor compliance with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
• Provide bilingual support for training sessions and document translations

Qualifications

• Associates degree or above in engineering, industrial management, or a related field
• 1+ year experience in quality administration, production coordination, or document control preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and documentation systems
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and dependable
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality management systems
