[job_card.job_description]Work 12-hour night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM Start date : January 26, 2026 Every other weekend requirement No on-call responsibilities Floating requirement to other locations within facility Current New Mexico RN license or current Compact state license required Required certifications : BLS from AHA, ACLS from AHA, PALS from AHA, TNCC or ATCN CPI or equivalent preferred Coordinate and implement patient care specific to age of patient population served Obtain and record initial assessments and establish priorities according to patient age, symptoms and psychosocial needs Re-assess patients systematically to identify progress and trends requiring intervention Develop and implement measurable individualized plans of care within established timeframes Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of facts and patient outcome evaluations Participate in patient / significant other health education and discharge planning Perform various Point of Care testing procedures Must handle emergency / crisis situations and demonstrate heavy physical effort for positioning, pushing and transferring patients Work in bloodborne pathogen exposure environment with potential exposure to infectious diseases and x-rays Must demonstrate manual dexterity, fine motor coordination, and ability to work prolonged periods standing and walking Referral bonus
