Signing Bonus Details : The hiring bonus will be prorated based on FTE at the time of hiring not to exceed 1.0 FTE and the percentage of year(s) served. To be eligible for the hiring bonus, the employee must have a preliminary credential or higher. Those hired as interns shall receive the bonus upon issuance of their preliminary credential.
