CNA for PRN shifts Premium Pay

We are looking to hire a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA, Ga certified) that has the flexibility to work PRN as needed. Pay will be at a premium of $22 per hour and employee should be available to work on short notice and willing to commute up to 25 miles each way. This will not be a recurring schedule.

Clean criminal background checkLive Scan / FingerprintingReliable transportation with insuranceProof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (Compliant with I-9 requirements.) ex : 2 forms of ID- Driver's License or Identification / passport or Permanent Resident ID / Social Security CardFormal training or experience in the home care field or school for at least 6 months is desiredCPR / First Aid, TB test or chest X-ray requiredGeorgia CNA License Required
