Business Analyst

We’re partnering with a leading financial company to find a talented Business Analyst to support a dynamic, remote-out-of-region team. This six-month contract offers the opportunity to influence key revenue and forecasting initiatives within a collaborative environment focused on clarity, structure, and continuous improvement. The role involves engaging stakeholders across Sales and Finance to develop insightful models and frameworks that drive business performance.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance forecasting models to support sales and revenue planning cycles.
• Collaborate with leadership to create and implement goaling frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Design and deploy revenue tracking systems, including recognition delay management.
• Build dashboards and manage datasets for ongoing performance analysis.
• Translate complex business needs into data-driven analyses and communicate insights effectively.

Business Analyst Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• 5–8+ years of experience in business analysis, forecasting, or financial analytics.
• Strong knowledge of economic statistics, forecasting methods, and revenue analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, R, Python, or Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Strong communication skills to clarify complex data for non-technical teams.
