What we need:

We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Analyst Data Intelligence to join our team. As a Senior Analyst Data Intelligence you will have strong execution skills to create data outputs supporting personalized marketing interactions and provide meaningful datasets to support needs for clients ranging over a wide array of projects. Your key responsibilities will include designing and executing marketing campaigns supporting measurement and reporting driving process optimization developing business partner relationships and communication across clients and multi-vendor business partners.

What youll do:

• Develop and leverage deep understanding of the clients customer data
• Assist client and account team with campaign planning and identification of analytical needs
• Understand business rules and document requirements for marketing campaigns and promotions
• Design and execute campaign processes to create data outputs supporting personalized marketing interactions
• Support peers with code peer reviews and queries to audit campaigns and/or analysis
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
• Optimize and enhance current processes to increase efficiency and value to our clients
• Ability to drive and champion projects in a multi-vendor environment
• Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

What youll bring:

• Bachelors degree in relevant field of study required plus 4 years of relevant experience OR Masters degree in relevant field of study plus 2 years of relevant experience
• SQL experience
• Experience with Adobe Campaign
• Ability to effectively communicate across various roles and functions
• Self-motivated/self-starter and ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
• Attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Naturally inclined to learn ask questions and understand why
• Data mining skills and query data to provide summarized data to support marketing campaigns and reporting
• Soft skills necessary to succeed: open to feedback open to change self-improvement
