Position: Kindergarten Content Interventionist
Location: Harrington Elementary School

Description: The Elementary Content Interventionist provides targeted academic support to students in all content areas, with a primary focus on reading and mathematics. This position works with small groups of students who need additional instructional support to strengthen foundational skills and meet grade-level expectations. The interventionist collaborates with classroom teachers to identify student needs, monitor progress, and implement effective instructional strategies that promote student growth and success.

Job Requirements:
* Deliver small-group instruction in reading, math, and other core content areas.
* Provide individualized support to help students build confidence, motivation, and academic skills.
* Collaborate with classroom teachers to align instruction and discuss student progress.
* Create a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student engagement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field (required)
  Experience in elementary teaching or intervention preferred.
• At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience preferred.
• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required
