We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented Orthodontic Assistants to join our fun, high-performing team. This role is ideal for professionals who bring a TLC approach to patient care while delivering technical, hands-on orthodontic support with precision and attention to detail .

What You'll Do

• Provide gentle, compassionate care to children, teens, and adults, helping patients feel comfortable at every step
• Assist orthodontists with hands-on procedures, including archwire changes, ligature placement, separators, impressions, and appliance adjustments
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize treatment rooms, instruments, and materials according to OSHA and office protocols
• Accurately chart treatments, update patient records, and ensure follow-up and continuity of care
• Anticipate the dentist's needs and maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
• Maintain high standards of clinical precision while working independently or as part of the team
