Ready to build something with your hands and get paid while you learn? Twin City Staffing is hiring entry-level Construction Assemblers for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in White Bear Lake. This is a great opportunity for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want steady hours with long weekends.

No experience? No problem - training is provided!

Location : White Bear Lake, MN

Pay : $18 / hour

Schedule :

  • 2nd Shift| Monday - Thursday | 2 : 00 PM - 2 : 00 AM
  • Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!

    • Duties of the entry -Level c onstruction a ssemblers :

  • Assemble wood trusses, wall panels, and framing materials
  • Measure, cut, and position lumber using prints and layouts
  • Use nail guns, saws, and hand tools
  • Read and use a tape measure accurately
  • Maintain quality and safety standards
  • Work on your feet in a covered, team-oriented production environment

    • What w e a re l ooking f or from of the entry-Level c onstruction a ssemblers :

  • Comfortable using hand and power tools (training available)
  • Ability to read a tape measure
  • Able to stand, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift
  • Construction or framing experience is a plus

    • PPE / Tools :

  • Work boots or safety shoes required (steel toe not required)
  • Safety glasses and gloves provided
  • Bring a framing hammer
