Luxury residential property management company is looking to fill a relief Concierge position, located in Downtown Manhattan. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior residential building experience, has a professional demeanor, and can provide exceptional hospitality service to residents and guests. Prior experience utilizing BuildingLink is a plus. Must be available to work Sunday & Monday, 11PM-7 : 30AM and Wednesday through Friday 3PM-11 : 30PM.
Job specific duties include but are not limited to :
- Interaction with residents and guests and provide superior customer service.
- Provides general information regarding the area and directions.
- Professionally answer calls, take messages
- Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of residents and guests.
- Receives all mail and packages and ensures proper distribution
- Liaise with building management and maintenance staff to respond to emergencies
- Stays alert and undistracted to provide full attention to entrances, exits, and security systems
- Maintains orderliness of the front desk
- Monitors scheduled move-in / move-out processes
