Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - School-Based 1 : 1 Support Location : Pomona - Claremont - Surrounding AreasCompensation : $30-$35 per hour, based on experience

Amergis Educational Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide 1 : 1 care for students in school settings. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting student health and wellness throughout the school day.

About the Role

As a School-Based LVN, you will :

Monitor and respond to the health needs of an individual student throughout the school day

Promote general wellness and provide health education

Support disease prevention and refer to appropriate healthcare resources when necessary

Deliver care in accordance with LVN scope of practice and state education codes

Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

Minimum Requirements

Current California LVN license

At least 1 year of pediatric or school-based nursing experience (preferred)

Current CPR certification

TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray)

Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
