As a Junior MSP Account Manager, you will be essential in fueling the growth of Keeper Security's MSP channel in your assigned territory. This role is focused on developing new partnerships, qualifying incoming leads, and expanding revenue streams within small to midsized MSP accounts. You will collaborate closely with an MSP Account Manager to provide exceptional support to partners and foster consistent growth in the sales pipeline.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Promptly qualify and respond to inbound leads, ensuring a favorable first impression of Keeper’s MSP program and offerings.
  • Manage everyday partner inquiries regarding pricing, training, and renewals while identifying opportunities for expansion and cross-selling.
  • Deliver engaging virtual demonstrations to effectively communicate Keeper's value in cybersecurity and password management.
  • Research and reach out to potential MSP, MSSP, and Telco partners to develop new pipelines and foster program adoption.
  • Collaborate with the ISR 2 to transition growing accounts to strategic management while ensuring continuity in territory coverage.
  • Engage in sales training and enablement initiatives to gain comprehensive knowledge of Keeper’s portfolio and prepare for future roles.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other reporting tools to maintain accurate records of activities, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy.
  • Travel for customer meetings locally and nationally, with the ability to rent and operate a vehicle on behalf of the company.
