Job Description

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Financial Institutions team.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
• Perform due diligence and research on financial institutions and market trends.
• Coordinate communication and documentation between internal teams and external partners.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the team.

The Successful Applicant

• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Prior experience in a client facing team covering Financial Institutions or Corporate Banking.
• In-depth knowledge of credit analysis and regular banking products (revolver, term loan, deposit etc.).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
