• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients families and referral sources
• Educate potential clients about our high-quality private pay home care services
• Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth
• Conduct in-home assessments to understand client needs and match them with appropriate care solutions
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

Sales experience in senior care industry is preferred Hospice Sales experience is a plus!

Clinicians are encouraged to apply

Strong communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills

Deep understanding of senior care needs and resources available in Austin

Self-motivated goal-oriented and able to work independently
