Overview

A skilled Control Technician specialized in Priva and Metasys building management systems. This role involves installation, programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of building automation systems to ensure optimal building performance and energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission Priva and Metasys building automation control systems
• Program controllers and create control sequences according to design specifications
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in BMS systems
• Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure system reliability
• Monitor building systems performance and make adjustments to optimize efficiency
• Create and update system documentation and operating manuals
• Provide technical support and training to clients and facility staff
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
