About the Role

A fast-growing artificial intelligence company—already past its seed stage and preparing for a major Series A—seeks a Chief Executive Officer to lead the business through its next phase of expansion and value creation. As CEO, you will own the capital strategy and commercial trajectory , working closely with the founding team and board to position the company for long-term success. What You’ll Do

• Lead Capital Formation : Drive the fundraising process for Series A and beyond, building deep relationships with top-tier venture and strategic investors.
• Set Strategic Direction : Shape the company’s vision, priorities, and operating model to deliver both technological and financial outcomes.
• Scale Operations : Build and manage a high-performance leadership team across product, engineering, and go-to-market.
• Drive Growth : Convert technical differentiation into commercial traction, scaling revenue and expanding into new markets.
• Build Culture and Brand : Establish a culture of innovation, accountability, and mission alignment while raising the company’s visibility in the AI ecosystem.
