- Develop and implement quality metrics, policies, and procedures that ensure product quality.
- Maintain and improve product quality by completing product, company, and system compliance, as well as surveillance audits and investigating customer complaints.
- Lead customer/job-specific quality requirements and communications.
- Prepare quality documents and reports to support customer needs and internal continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training, and development.
- Provide leadership for problem-solving and resolution that improve the company's business processes.
- Work directly with purchasing and procurement to establish supply chain requirements to ensure compliance with supplied materials.
- Ensure compliance with all government and industry standards/codes for product quality.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions to resolve quality-related concerns about non-conforming products.
- Monitor quality system trends using process control methodologies improvement actions and ensure proper root cause analysis and countermeasures.
- Cooperates with Project Execution to ensure Project Quality requirements (ITP, quality documentation & specifications, etc.).

- 5-8 years of quality/process management in an ISO 9000/9001 certified or compliant facility.
- Experience with fabrication shops, pipe shops, refractory, and industrial construction projects.
- Experience with implementing Lean Processes and Practices.
- Knowledgeable in Six Sigma techniques and tools.
- Certified Welding Inspector & Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level II experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate and interact with personnel at all levels of the organization, including customers and supply chain.
- Strong knowledge and use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, applied science, or engineering field required.
