• We are hiring immediately for a full time OVERNIGHT GRILL COOK position.
• Location : Lurie Children's Hospital - 225 East Chicago Avenue Suite 11354, Chicago, IL 60611. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; overnight shifts. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous grill / line cooking experience is preferred.
• Pay Range : $23.50 per hour to $26.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations with established policies and procedures. Ensures quality food service is provided at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

The use of a medium weight cut gloves when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
