Required : BLS, GA State OT License

General Skills and Work Setting Requirements : Adult Outpatient, Rehab Facility; Patient Diagnoses include stroke, ortho (shoulder, hands, UE) and other neuro (MS, TBI, Guillan Burre); Required Skills include assessment, discharge, evaluation, plan of care, reassessments, lifting and transfer, patient / family education, safety and injury prevention, telephone calls, adaptive equipment and pre-discharge planning

Patient Population : Adults to Geriatrics

Minimum 1 year outpatient experience
