YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You oversee the Management Trainee Program with direct responsibility for trainee development
- You drive the implementation of new initiatives across the region
- You ensure training adherence and execution to maintain high performance standards
- You manage employee orientation and onboarding processes
- You oversee staffing and scheduling planning to optimize resource allocation including owning recruiting efforts in the region
