Phlebotomist

Insight Global is looking for a phlebotomist to support one of our clients in the Upper Darby, PA area. This individual will be responsible for supporting new patient through online scheduling or walk-ins. This individual will primarily be responsible for performing blood draws, in addition to providing clinical and administrative support to our client. This person will be working a standard Monday-Friday shift from 9AM-5PM with an hour lunch break.

Responsibilities will include :

• Prep patients before drawing blood
• Following health & safety protocols and procedures to maintain a clean & sanitary workspace.
• Obtain blood specimen via venipuncture and finger sticks
• Verify patient identification and explains sampling procedures to patients
• Assist in administrative duties (scheduling, front desk support, answer calls, etc.)
