Salary / Hourly Rate :
$22 / hr – $24 / hr
Position Overview :
The Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist is responsible for managing the order process from inception to delivery. This role involves handling inquiries via phone and email, providing product information, and resolving issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Applicants must have previous experience working in customer service for a manufacturing, logistics, or distribution company. This role offers the opportunity to work from home three days a week.
