Position Summary
The Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Technician is responsible for the daily hands-on upkeep, appearance, and basic maintenance of a 10-buildingolder office parkin Tukwila, WA. This role requires experience working in aging buildings, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains clean, safe, and functional for tenants and visitors.
