About the Position

LocumJobsNetwork is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Hematology and Oncology MD in Oregon!

We are seeking a board-certified Hematologist / Oncologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon, beginning Jan 5, 2026. This opportunity features day shifts from 8 : 30am to 4 : 30pm, Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend call. The ideal candidate will provide specialized hematology and oncology care and ensure high-quality patient outcomes throughout the assignment.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology consultations and follow-up care
  • Diagnose and manage a variety of hematologic and oncologic conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Participate in rotating weekend call coverage as scheduled
  • Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and workflow
  • Maintain compliance with all state and facility policies and procedures

    • Additional Information

  • Must be board certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
  • Active Oregon medical license required
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
