Our Norman agency is seeking a driven, energetic Appointment Setter to support our sales team by booking high-quality appointments with warm leads. This is an excellent entry point into the insurance industry for someone who wants to learn, grow, and eventually move into a licensed sales role.
As the first point of contact, youll help keep the team productive and on track by scheduling appointments, following up with leads, and ensuring prospects are set up for successful conversations with our licensed agents.
This is an in-office position with two schedule options, MondayFriday :
8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)
10 : 00 AM 7 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)
No insurance experience is required we will train the right individual.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to warm leads and schedule appointments for licensed sales agents.
Follow call scripts and appointment standards to ensure quality conversations.
Manage lead lists, track progress, and update CRM notes accurately.
Confirm and re-confirm appointments to reduce no-shows.
Communicate professionally and positively with prospects and team members.
Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve call quality and results.
Requirements
Coachable, positive attitude with strong phone presence.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Self-motivated and able to stay productive with daily activity goals.
Reliable and organized with good follow-through.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Bilingual Spanish / English a plus, but not required.
Interest in growing within the insurance industry licensing support available for advancement.
