Minimum 2 years of cardiac floor experience requiredCurrent RN license (NC or Compact accepted)Active BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications requiredMust successfully pass EKG testing prior to start dateDemonstrated competency in cardiac telemetry, PCU / stepdown care, sheath removal, dysrhythmia interpretation and managementExperience with cardiac drips (managing and titrating), post-MI care, pre / post cardiac cath patientsProficiency with chest tubes, external CPAP / BIPAP, and non-invasive airway managementTravel nursing experience required unless candidate has 24+ months of cardiac experienceMust be available for interview within 72 hours of submissionPreferred Qualifications :
