We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Processor to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and coordinating customer orders, ensuring smooth operations and accurate records. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer support throughout the lifecycle of orders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Accurately process and enter customer orders into QuickBooks, maintaining timeliness and precision.
• Manage the complete order process, from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring all steps are executed efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
• Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring availability of materials to meet production and order demands.
• Plan and coordinate raw material requirements, aligning with production schedules and customer needs.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy across customer orders, inventory data, and system records.
• Support shipping processes by overseeing customer shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable, vendor invoices, and other financial records to ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in resolving account discrepancies and addressing risk management concerns when necessary.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for order entry and record management.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service and order processing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of inventory management and raw material planning.
• Familiarity with accounts payable and vendor invoice processing.
• Background in manufacturing or logistics operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and customers.
• Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts or operations efficiently.
