Quality Control Manager – Commercial / Industrial Construction (Nebraska)

Location : Lincoln or Omaha, NE

Role : The Quality Control Manager will oversee QA / QC processes for commercial and industrial construction projects — including wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and large industrial structures. This role ensures all work meets contractual specifications, company standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement project-specific Quality Control Plans.

Conduct inspections, testing coordination, and documentation for compliance with drawings / specifications.

Interface with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams on all quality matters.

Maintain quality records, inspection logs, NCRs, and corrective actions.

Support pre-pour, pre-installation, and pre-testing meetings; verify all quality submittals.

Qualifications :

5–10 years of experience in QA / QC for commercial / industrial or heavy construction projects.

Experience with wastewater or industrial process facilities strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of codes, standards, and testing procedures.

Excellent organization and communication skills.
