Job Overview

Austin Bazaar, a leading online retailer of musical instruments with over 16 years of growth, is hiring Warehouse Associate I team members to support our fulfillment operations in Hutto, TX.

This is a full-time, long-term position in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Our warehouse leadership and processes have recently been strengthened to improve structure, communication, and day-to-day support for employees.

What Youll Do

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Assist with shipping, packaging, and high-volume fulfillment
• Operate warehouse equipment such as PIT trucks and RF scanners (training provided)
• Track inventory and restock products
• Support FBA, FBM, and 3PL workflows, especially during peak season
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Follow all safety procedures and SOPs

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of warehouse, pick/pack, or shipping experience
• Forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for full shifts
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime and some weekends during peak season
• English or Spanish speakers welcome
• Must pass a background check

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Saturday: One Saturday per month required
• Pay: $1620 per hour, based on experience
• Overtime: Significant overtime available during peak season
