What You'll Do :
Provide and evaluate direct nursing care for residentsServe as Charge Nurse, supervising PCAsSupport personal hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and restorative care needsTranscribe physician's orders and assist with medical roundsObserve and report resident condition changes to RN Supervisor or physicianAssist with care plans and coordinate multidisciplinary careAdminister medications safely, including controlled substancesOrder, document, and manage medications and lab tests as neededArrange transportation for resident appointmentsEnsure comfort and safety measures are applied consistentlyAccurately document and communicate resident care activitiesIf you're ready to grow your career in a supportive, mission-driven community, apply today and become part of the Brothers of Mercy family !
