Fulfillment Warehouse Shift Lead

We are hiring several seasonal Shift Leads for a variety of shifts, to supervise, coordinate, and execute warehouse activities to ensure a safe and efficient operation. This full-time hourly position will report to the Facility Manager to support our customers with high-quality, accurate, and timely service and may require weekends, holidays, and overtime.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• Keep warehouse up to code by reviewing safety codes, layouts and security procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor orders, inbound / outbound loads and inventory discrepancies.
• Assist in hiring new employees as needed, to ensure warehouse team staffing levels.
• Plan and communicate shift objectives, monitor performance and address needs with team.
• Collaborate with all leads to forecast labor needs to control costs and contribute as an LTO.
• Coach, develop and ensure appropriate training of employees to manage performance.
• Conduct performance and annual reviews on all employees reporting to you.
• Assist with customer physical inventories / tours and offer continuous improvement.
• Learn and understand customers and step in when needed to perform those tasks.
