Implementation Consultant

A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and expectations

Configure the product in line with customer requirements and provide guidance on product configurations

Track and submit progress reports while collaborating with Project Managers to highlight risks and mitigation plans

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

2+ years' experience with customer-facing enterprise software or SaaS implementations

Experience with data migration and integration

Basic understanding of programming fundamentals

Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

4+ years of SaaS implementation experience preferred
