We're seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing finance team. In this role, you'll manage a high-volume workload while maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring timely, accurate payments.

Responsibilities of an Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process ~200 invoices daily with precision and efficiency.
• Handle full-cycle accounts payable : coding, batching, matching, and posting invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to clarify billing issues.
• Assist with month-end close processes and audit preparation.
