Estimator - Commercial Construction

We’re looking for a sharp, detail‑driven Construction Estimator to help shape successful projects from the ground up. In this role, you’ll prepare accurate cost estimates, manage subcontractor bids, and collaborate with project teams to deliver smart, cost‑effective solutions.

• Analyze plans and specs to build precise estimates

• Lead subcontractor/vendor bid process and ensure competitive pricing

• Recommend cost‑saving strategies and value engineering options

• Partner with project managers, architects, and clients during pre‑construction

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Minimum 2–5 years of commercial estimating experience required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and estimating software (BuildingConnected or similar)

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes

• Ability to interpret plans/specs and analyze data effectively
