Location : Concord, NH 03301 (New Hampshire nursing jobs)

Healthcare Setting : Nursing Float Pool – Telemetry & Med-Surg units

Assignment Type : Travel RN contract

Start Date : December 22, 2025

End Date : March 22, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week

Shift : 12-hour night shifts (3 shifts / week)

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,990 - $2,050

Telemetry RN Qualifications

Active New Hampshire or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission

1-2 years of recent Telemetry or Med-Surg RN experience in a hospital setting

BLS certification (required)

NHISS certification (required prior to start)

ACLS certification (preferred)

Experience with Cerner EMR (preferred)

Ability to pass Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding (preferred score : 80%)

Skills checklist matching Telemetry or Med-Surg specialty

Two recent Charge / Manager RN references

Current resume documenting travel nursing experience

Valid driver’s license with address matching demographics

NURSYS report for RN license verification

Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Telemetry and Med-Surg units

Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Float as needed to Concord Hospital-Laconia or Concord Hospital-Franklin

Accurately document patient care using electronic medical records (EMR)

Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations

Participate in ongoing nursing education and training
