Lube Technician

K&M Development is a franchisee for Take 5 Oil Change, the fastest growing quick lube brand in the US. Take 5 is about giving our customers fast and friendly service through our “stay in your car” drive-thru format. We are actively seeking new team members from all backgrounds to join us in opening several new stores across South and North Dakota. Are you a people person?  Outgoing and positive attitude? Like working as part of a strong team? We will  train you  how to change oil, replace wiper blades / air filters, fill air in tires, and other light maintenance services and become a customer service maniac in the process. Our employees are  successful  coming from all backgrounds and experience levels. Though our services are auto related, our culture has a customer service focus like restaurants or retail environments.
