As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible throughout a bustling retail location. You will provide excellent customer service, communicate clearly with guests and staff, and support a secure environment. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist customers, employees, and visitors with directions and information as needed while maintaining a visible presence.

Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and / or site management.

Complete required reports and logs accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
