Marketing AssistantPenmac Staffing is now hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant for a local financial services firm in Springfield, MO. This Marketing Assistant will support outreach, event coordination, and client communication to help new families connect with the firm and feel confident in their retirement planning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of phone work, event preparation, and team collaboration.
Requirements :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Workspace
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Experience with CRM systems and basic marketing analytics preferred

- Support the Marketing Manager with event planning, preparation, and onsite execution
- Assemble materials and assist with setup and teardown for marketing seminars and client events
- Attend events as a professional representative of the firm
- Make outbound calls to confirm event registrations and schedule follow-up visits
- Confirm and reschedule appointments as needed
- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM
- Assist with tracking campaign results and post-event follow-up
- Contribute to marketing reporting and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing team and office staff to achieve goals Compensation and Schedule
- 15.00 / hr
- Bonus opportunities
- Full-time, in-office schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.
- Evening work required approximately 1–10 days per month for events
- Occasional Saturday events may be required
- Comp time provided for evening hours
