Position: Physical Therapist - Clinic Director Location: Woodbury, NJ [Fusion Gym] Organization: Innovative Healthcare Centers Salary: $90,000-$110,000

Position Overview: We’re seeking passionate and forward-thinking Physical Therapists to join our growing team. This role is ideal for providers who thrive in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment and are excited to work at the intersection of clinical excellence and holistic wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including athletes, post-operative clients, and wellness-focused individuals.

Collaborate with medical providers, wellness coaches, and performance specialists to create integrated care plans.

Utilize advanced therapeutic modalities and technology to support recovery and optimize performance.

Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility, and lifestyle strategies that support long-term health.

Contribute to a culture of innovation, empathy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.

Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey.

Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills.

Experience or interest in sports performance, wellness, or integrative care models.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
