Job Summary / Resumen del Puesto

EN : We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to maintain the cleanliness of our multi family community, public spaces, and amenidades.

ES : Buscamos un / a Asociado / a de Limpieza responsable y detallista para mantener la limpieza de la propiedad de apartamentos, áreas públicas y amenidades.

Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Principales

EN :

  • Sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, and floors.
  • Clean public spaces (restrooms, hallways, gyms, offices, etc.).
  • Remove trash and debris from all areas.
  • Perform deep cleaning at the apartments during vacancy periods.
  • Report maintenance issues promptly.
  • Maintain reliable transportation to and from work.

ES :

  • Limpiar y desinfectar baños, duchas, lavabos y pisos.
  • Limpiar áreas comunes (baños, pasillos, gimnasios, oficinas, etc.).
  • Retirar y desechar la basura adecuadamente.
  • Realizar limpieza profunda en los departamentos durante periodos de vacancia.
  • Reportar problemas de mantenimiento de inmediato.
  • Mantener transporte confiable para llegar al trabajo.

    • Qualifications / Requisitos

    EN :

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • 1 year of housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
