A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Sales to lead a team of account executives in driving sales and adoption of their products within commercial organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of commercial account executives to drive new customer acquisition and account expansion
Define and execute segment strategy, including target account prioritization and competitive positioning
Collaborate with marketing and solutions engineering to enhance sales processes and drive pipeline growth
Required Qualifications
3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas
Experience leading sales cycles with multiple stakeholders in commercial organizations
Track record of coaching and developing sales teams to improve performance
Proficiency with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
Experience collaborating with technical pre-sales teams to demonstrate customer solutions
