• Pay is $27 per hour
• This is a night shift, Tuesday through Saturday, 11 : 30pm - 7 : 30am

Under the general direction of the GSOC Manager, serves as the Global Security Operations Center key Controller; actively engaged in six critical operational areas : Access Control, Fire & Life Safety Systems, HVAC & Environmental, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Security Personnel, and Incident Intake & Documentation. The GSOC Operator also serves as the primary contact and liaison for monitoring Corporate Facilities and Retail Centers; responsible for analyzing incidents and providing immediate response to appropriate mitigation procedures while maintaining Business Continuity. The GSOC Operator directs Security Officers and Support Staff; providing critical information needed to respond to incidents, and bring closure in conjunction to pre-established policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines. This position is a swing shift working Tuesday through Saturday, 11 : 30pm - 7 : 30am. Position requirements are provided below.
