What we’re looking for in our agents :

• A passion for helping buyers and sellers navigate the real estate process
• An active real estate license
• Knowledge of drafting purchase and listing agreements
• Strong skills in property evaluations and pricing
• Responsiveness and availability for client needs
• Commitment to keeping systems and CRM tools up to date, including Zillow integrations

$125,000+ per year at plan
