Key Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic oversight of payroll and accounting operations ensuring accuracy compliance strong controls and a consistent employee experience without directly processing payroll
• Drive payroll technology and process improvement initiatives including system enhancements automation integrations and vendor optimization
• Own governance including policies documentation audits and risk management with a proactive approach to regulatory compliance
• Serve as a trusted partner to the CFO CHRO and cross-functional leaders in Accounting HR Tax Legal and IT to align payroll operations with organizational priorities
