Service Delivery Engineer

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Associate Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Apply network configurations to hardware and ensure connectivity for customer installations

Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers during onboarding

Manage system incidents, document issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

1-2 years of experience in technical support or IT roles, preferably in the software industry

Understanding of network protocols (TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS) and ability to configure network hardware

Knowledge of wireless technologies and Linux-based commands for device configuration

Familiarity with incident management tools and practices
