Location : New York, NY; San Deigo, CA; Austin, TX; Tempe, AZ; Fort Mill, SC

Duration : 12 + months (Possibilities of Extension)

Payrate : $40 - $45 / hr

About the Role :

Were seeking a talented UX Researcher to join our Banking & Lending team and help shape intuitive, customer-focused digital experiences. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex problems, and excel at cross-functional collaboration, wed love to hear from you.

What Youll Do :

Lead and support user research across the product lifecycleplanning studies, conducting interviews, usability tests, surveys, and heuristic evaluations.

Develop research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, workflows, and service blueprints.

Analyze and present insights to cross-functional partners, balancing business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.

Manage end-to-end participant engagement, ensuring smooth logistics and timely execution.

Collaborate closely with lead researchers and contribute to continuous improvement of research processes.

What Were Looking For :

3+ years of UX research experience, ideally in regulated or complex industries.

Skilled in moderated / unmoderated testing, surveys (Qualtrics), and foundational research methods.

Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel (pivot tables / charts).

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in agile, cross-functional teams.

Preferred :

Experience with UserTesting, Jira, Confluence, Figma.

Background in financial services (a plus).
